RENT: Rent is due prior to each semester, or can be paid in monthly installments with the first and last months rent paid preceding the start of the semester, all remaining months are due by the 1^st of each month with an additional $10 processing fee per payment.

Cancellations: All cancellations must accompany a written explanation. A $50 fee will be charged on all cancellations. No refunds will be made without 46 days notice prior to beginning contract date. DEPOSIT: A deposit of $125.00 is required along with your application. The deposit will be returned at the end of the semester(s) signed up for, if the apartment is left clean, and in good repair.
